WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE DEPUTY MANAGER WITH ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT, PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE, ENERGY AND ENTHUSIASM TO HEAD UP HUBBOX PORTSMOUTH.

Hubbox Portsmouth is going to be the next new addition to our family and will be opening in September 210,  and situated in the popular harbour front shopping centre, Gunwharf Quays.  We are looking for an exceptional leader who can independently run our newest business  to build on Hubbox’ core values of great products, delivered by great people, in great locations.

We deliver the highest standard of products throughout the day: artisan coffees and breakfast in the morning; a varied menu from light lunches, healthy salads, hand-made gourmet burgers and hotdogs; locally-sourced craft beers and bespoke cocktails well into the night. To successfully deliver such a range of products, we need a driven, customer and product-focused team led by a passionate, enthusiastic leader.

Hubbox managers’ weeks are spent interacting with our customers, leading and coaching our front of house teams, liaising with the kitchen, and ensuring every dish on the menu has been properly and carefully prepared. We want our Managers to take complete charge of their P&L’s and we will support you achieve your Goals .

In return of your hard work, we offer up to £30k p.a + achievable quarterly bonus as well as various staff perks, incentives and our Annual beach Party.

Hubbox is fast becoming known as the place to go for quality casual dining in the South West and we were judged in 2015 the “Best Burger in the UK” at the National Burger Awards. We also won the ‘Best Group” award at The Bristol Good Food Awards, 2018.
