Hub St Ives – General Manager.
We’re looking for a General Manager for our Flagship restaurant in St Ives which is one of Cornwalls most loved destination. They should have experience as a GM in a high volume restaurant with love for exceptional service and hospitality.
An exceptional leader who can independently run the business as their own and on Hubbox’s core values of great products, delivered by great people, in great locations.
We deliver the highest standard of products throughout the day: artisan coffees and breakfast in the morning; a varied menu from light lunches, healthy salads, hand-made gourmet burgers and hotdogs; locally-sourced craft beers and bespoke cocktails well into the night. To successfully deliver such a range of products, we need a driven, customer and product-focused team led by a passionate, enthusiastic leader.
Hubbox managers’ weeks are spent interacting with our customers, leading and coaching our front of house teams, liaising with the kitchen, and ensuring every dish on the menu has been properly and carefully prepared. We want our Managers to take complete charge of their P&L’s and we will support you achieve your Goals .
The package includes up to £45k p.a + relocation support as well as various team perks and incentives and our Annual beach Party.

Experience in a fast paced high volume business with passion for Hospitality.
Good knowledge of latest food and drink trends.
Proven track record with developing teams and getting the best out of their team through structured training , feedback and appraisals.
Great attention to detail.
Able to analyse financial performance and look for efficiencies in systems and procedures.
Self motivated and able to set clear goals for support Managers.
A clear and confident communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire individuals across teams
