WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE ASSISTANT MANAGER WITH AN ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT, PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE, ENERGY, AND ENTHUSIASM TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN HUB BOX TRURO. 

We deliver the highest standard of products throughout the day: artisan coffees; a varied menu with produce sourced from local suppliers; locally-sourced craft beers and bespoke cocktails well into the night. To successfully deliver such a range of products, we need a driven, customer and product-focused team led by a passionate, enthusiastic leader. 

Hub Box Managers’ weeks are spent interacting with our customers, leading and coaching our front-of-house teams, liaising with the kitchen, and ensuring every dish on the menu has been properly and carefully prepared. We want our Assistant Managers to support their general Managers in every aspect of running the business.

Previous experience is always an advantage but not essential. A desire to work in a busy restaurant with an amazing team and an obsession for customer service is important.

Excellent rates of pay depending on experience  + Tips.
